Christmas

We had JB and Shawn with us for Christmas (Bryan's younger brothers)...Grandma Rula, too!...
We made Gingerbread houses on Christmas Eve. Bryson was really good about eating all the candy.
Jill & Fred during the Gingerbread house merrymaking...
Christmas morning... Bowen and Bryson got a new Thomas picture and sound book...
Here's Bowen leading Percy around his new train track...
Bowen and Bryson enjoying their Christmas surprise...

The car track.... another HUGE HIT! We found it at the Utah state fair... one of those toys that aren't sold in stores probably because of their small parts and other unapproved properties...
Endless hours of entertainment!...

Check out how accommodating Bowen has become in sharing the trains... Such a good big brother.

Bryson also got an ABC Elmo doll that freaked him out so we took that back and got Henry the train. And then Bowen got a little computer that he already had so we took that back today and got Gordon the train.
Now Bowen and Bryson have Thomas, Percy, Rosie, Gordon, & Henry. It's a disease, I tell ya. I can't wait to collect them all. ( :

This is what I found under the tree on Christmas morning...YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!
As well as a few other things.... some having to do with vampires, some having to do with really nice pictures of Temples from Costco, and some having to do with Rachael Ray.

And we've been playing THIS game non-stop. Can't stop. Love it. Thanks, Riki!!!

okay seriously, we got the bohnanza game too & tried to figure it out. granted we were all sleep-deprived and started it at midnight but we got so confused that we could only play it for about 20 minutes, then moved onto a rousing game of nertz. but i'm glad to see there is hope & that you love it. we'll give it a second round!

Looks like a way fun Christmas Marie! I'm glad the boys liked their present. You are awesome to have company over Christmas. I HATE having company over Christmas. I'm a brat, I know. I like it to be my little family and no one else. :-) Maybe I would have a different opinion if your in laws were my in laws.

marie,
it was fun to see your blog and catch up on your news...first off congrats!!! that is really exciting. #3 is the kicker...best of luck :) I hope you all have a great new year and i'd like to know what kind of mop thing that is you discovered under your tree? you seemed excited about it being under your tree. if i saw that under my tree i'd be like "what is this doing here? whose is it? and what's it for?" but reall tell me about it, is it self propelled? does it clean up crusted to the floor cereal? Also,i am making your Abracadabras recipe for New Years. sorry for the random comment but that seems to be how we are, checking each others blogs every so often. :)
