Here's the
Raspberry Sandwhich cookies by Martha that I was dying to try. Delicious. Very rich (I could only eat one). My piece of crap Maddy Cove oven (that I'm very grateful for) once again failed me on another cookie recipe. Mine were grossly undercooked and so they didn't turn out as good as I think they are. I want to make them again just to prove that they're fabulous but it's time to move on. Did you know a vanilla bean cost $7? Who knew.
