I've actually never heard of Texas Caviar but I looked it up on line and it really does NOT seem like it. Texas caviar looks like it's spicy, this is not. All this has in it it canned corn, canned black beans, green onions, avacados, tomatoes, and Italian dressing. So easy... mild... and delicsh!
